Individual Therapy
I offer calm, collaborative therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, neurodiversity, addiction, and other complex emotional experiences. My approach focuses on understanding your story in context — helping you make sense of what you’re going through and move toward lasting, grounded change.

I offer individual therapy for adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties. My clinical experience spans anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders (including BPD), psychosis, bipolar disorder, and the impact of neurodiversity on daily life. I also support people navigating addiction and substance use, anger management, stress, coping skills, and the complex feelings that can arise around suicidal ideation or selfharm.
Alongside mental health concerns, I work with the challenges that come with life events and relationships — bereavement, divorce, family conflict, parenting pressures, peer relationships, infidelity, and the dynamics of polyamory or consensual nonmonogamy. I also have experience supporting clients affected by domestic abuse, domestic violence, trauma, PTSD, and the emotional impact of cancer or other major health conditions.
My approach is calm, steady, and collaborative. I focus on understanding your experiences in context — your relationships, your history, and the systems around you — so we can make sense of what’s happening and find a way forward that feels grounded and sustainable.
