Crisis Management Information

Therapy can be a supportive space, but it is not designed to provide emergency or crisis-response support. I am not able to offer immediate help outside of scheduled sessions.

If you ever feel overwhelmed, unsafe, or unsure whether you can keep yourself safe, it is important to reach out to services that can offer immediate support.

If You Need Urgent Help

If you are struggling and need to speak with someone quickly, you can contact:

  • Your GP or the GP Out-of-Hours Service

  • NHS 111 for urgent medical or mental-health advice

  • The Samaritans (24 hours): 116 123 (UK & ROI)

These services can offer timely support when you need it most.
