A space to think, feel, and grow.

Welcome Pack

I’m glad you’re here. This Welcome Pack is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and gently held as you begin or continue your therapeutic journey. Whether you come as an individual, a couple, a family, or a team, my aim is to offer clarity, reassurance, and a sense of what our work together can look like.

1. What to Expect in Therapy

Therapy with me offers:

  •  A calm, compassionate space where you can breathe and be yourself

  •  A collaborative process where we explore things together, at your pace

  •  A systemic lens that considers the relationships and contexts shaping your wellbeing

  •  Emotional safety, curiosity, and respect

  •  Support in creating meaningful, sustainable change

You do not need to arrive with answers. You are welcome exactly as you are.

2. My Therapeutic Approach

My work is grounded in:

  •  Compassion — meeting every person with warmth and dignity

  •  Connection — understanding the relationships that shape your experiences

  •  Curiosity — exploring patterns without judgement

  •  Collaboration — working with you, not on you

  •  Cultural humility — honouring your identity, background, and lived experience

  •  Hope — believing in the possibility of change

I draw on systemic therapy, couples therapy, counselling psychology, DBT, CFT, and ACT, tailoring each session to your needs.

3. Support for Individuals

Individual therapy can help you:

  •  Understand your emotional world with more clarity

  •  Navigate anxiety, burnout, stress, or intrusive thoughts

  •  Heal from past experiences

  •  Strengthen resilience and selfunderstanding

  •  Build healthier patterns in relationships and daily life

This is a space where your story is honoured and your wellbeing is held with care.

4. Support for Couples

Couples therapy offers a supportive space to:

  •  Slow down and truly hear one another

  •  Understand emotional needs beneath conflict

  •  Rebuild trust, closeness, and connection

  •  Navigate neurodiversity, communication difficulties, or life transitions

  •  Create new, healthier patterns of relating

Couples do not need to be in crisis to benefit. Many come simply to strengthen their bond.

5. Support for Families

Family therapy helps you:

  •  Understand each person’s perspective

  •  Reduce tension and misunderstandings

  •  Support children and young people with compassion

  •  Navigate transitions, loss, or neurodiversity

  •  Build more connected, supportive family relationships

Families do not need to be “broken” to benefit — only willing to explore new ways of being together.

6. Support for Teams & Organizations

Systemic work with teams supports:

  •  Healthier communication and collaboration

  •  Understanding repeating patterns that affect group dynamics

  •  Strengthening trust and psychological safety

  •  Navigating conflict with clarity and respect

  •  Building a more connected, resilient organisational culture

This work is especially helpful during periods of change, growth, or stress.
